My Details

Click Select Profile to apply your saved agent profile to the CMA. Make sure the selected profile is correct before proceeding. If you need to update your details (email address, phone number, profile photo) or the correct profile is not available in the list, click View Full Profile to edit it. For full instructions, see CMA Agent Profile.

Owner Details

Enter or update client information including owner name and email address. This information populates in relevant sections of your CMA.

Templates

Select which template design to use for your CMA. Choose Default CMA Template or select your branded template if available.

Branded templates are available as an add-on with Relab Agent and Team plans.

Pages

Control which pages appear in your CMA and in what order.

  • To reorder pages: Click and drag the icon next to any page name to move it up or down

  • To show or hide pages: Click the blue checkbox next to each page name. Unticked pages won't appear in your final CMA

Managing comparable properties per page

  • To control results per page: Click the Results per page dropdown and select your preferred number

  • To reorder properties: Click and drag the icon next to each property

  • To remove a property: Hover over the property card in your report and click Remove

Note: When you add lengthy comments to properties, the system may move properties to additional pages to keep all text readable.

Adding schools to your CMA

If a school doesn't appear automatically in your CMA:

  1. Ensure the Primary Schools or Secondary Schools pages are ticked in the Pages section

  2. Scroll to the relevant school page in your report

  3. Click Add Additional School

  4. Search for the school by name and select it from the results

Uploading PDF pages

Click Upload PDF above your pages list in CMA Editor to add your own marketing material as pages in your CMA template. Uploaded PDFs can be reordered like any other page.

Using Page Builder for advanced customisation

On editable pages, click Page Builder at the top of the page to open the advanced design editor.

What you can customise in Page Builder

  • Add and edit text boxes and dynamic fields

  • Insert tables, images, and custom content blocks

  • Manage layers and element alignment

  • Use Config to add your logo and toggle header and footer visibility for customised templates

For detailed instructions, see Getting started with Page Builder.

Pages with limited editing

Some pages display live property data and have restricted editing to ensure accuracy. These include Property Details, Comparable Sales and Listings, Property Map, Residential Insights, Title Page, and School Zones. You can still control whether these pages appear using the checkboxes in the Pages section.

If the Page Builder button is visible at the top of a page, that page can be edited. If it is not visible, the page has limited editing. Contact your account manager about bespoke template add-ons if you need custom designs for these pages.

❓ FAQs

How do I save my customised template for future use?

Click Save as New Template at the bottom of the left panel. Give your template a descriptive name so you can easily find it later. For details on managing multiple templates, see Saving CMA Templates.

Can I reset my CMA to the default template?

Yes. In the Templates section, select Default CMA Template from the dropdown. This reverts all design changes while keeping your selected properties and entered information.

Why can't I edit certain pages?

Pages displaying live data have restricted editing to maintain data accuracy. If the Page Builder button is visible at the top of a page, it can be edited. Contact your account manager about bespoke template add-ons if you need custom designs for restricted pages.

How do I add my logo to the CMA?

Open Page Builder on an editable page and go to Config. From there you can add your logo and manage header and footer settings. You can also set your logo once in your CMA Profile to apply it across all CMAs automatically — see CMA Agent Profile.
