Template types

When you click Templates in the left navigation panel, a dropdown shows different template categories. A number next to each category shows how many templates are available.

My Templates — Templates you've created and saved personally. Only visible to your account.

Branch Templates — Templates created by Admin users that everyone in your branch can access. If this section is empty or doesn't appear, your branch hasn't created shared templates yet.

Brand Templates — Templates created by Admin users for your entire organisation. Available to all team members across all branches. If this section is empty or doesn't appear, your organisation hasn't created centralised templates yet.

Public Templates — Default Relab templates available to all users. These serve as starting points you can customise and save as your own.

Organising templates with status tabs

Use the Published and Archived tabs at the top of the template list to organise your templates.

  • Published — Ready to use. The active template shows a green In Use tag.

  • Archived — No longer needed but kept for reference.

Managing a saved template

Click the three-dot icon (⋮) next to any saved template to see your options:

  • Rename — Change the template name

  • Archive — Move the template to the Archived tab

  • Delete — Permanently remove the template

❓ FAQs

How many templates can I save?

There's no limit to the number of templates you can save. Create as many as you need for different property types, team configurations, or client segments.

How do I share a template with my team?

Individual agents cannot share templates directly. Only Admin users have permission to create Branch Templates or Brand Templates that appear for other team members. Contact your Admin user or office manager with your template requirements and they can create shared templates for your team.

Can I edit a saved template?

Yes. Apply the template to any CMA, make your design changes in CMA Editor, then click Save as New Template again. Enter the same template name to replace the original version, or use a different name to save it as a separate template while keeping the original.

Can I delete old templates?

Yes. Click the three-dot icon (⋮) next to the template you want to remove and select Delete. You can also select Archive to keep the template for reference without it appearing in your Published list.

What if I can't see Branch Templates or Brand Templates?

These template categories only appear in the dropdown menu if Admin users in your organisation have created shared templates. If you don't see them as options, it means no shared templates have been created yet for your branch or organisation. You can still access and use My Templates and Public Templates.

Where are my saved templates stored?

Your templates are stored in your Relab account and sync across all your devices. Access them from any CMA by clicking Templates in the left navigation panel of CMA Editor. Your templates remain available indefinitely unless you delete or archive them.

What happens to my saved templates if I change my CMA design?

Saved templates remain unchanged when you work on other CMAs. Each time you apply a template, it loads the design exactly as it was when you saved it. Changes you make to a CMA after applying a template don't affect the saved template unless you click Save as New Template again.
