Viewing team members

Updated by Marimar Gonzaga

⚠️ This feature requires Manager access on a Relab Teams or Enterprise account.

The Team Members screen shows everyone in your branch on Relab, along with their subscription, account status, login activity and permissions.

Overview

As a manager, you can see every person set up under your branch from the Team Members screen. From here you can check the state of each member's account, see who is active and what subscription they are on, filter the list by franchise or branch, search for an individual, and export the full list to a CSV file.

Before you start

  • You need the manager permission on your Relab account.

Opening the Team Members screen

  1. Click the Waffle icon at the top right of the Relab screen.

  2. Select My Team from the menu.

  3. Click Team Members in the left sidebar.

This shows the list of all users under your branch.

Reading the member counts

Two counts appear above the table:

  • Active users shows how many members currently have an active account.

  • Premium users shows how many members are on a Premium subscription.

Understanding the member table

Each row is one team member. The columns are:

  • Email — the member's login email address.

  • Registration — the date and time the member's account was created.

  • Subscription ID — the member's subscription ID.

  • Subscription — the member's current subscription, shown as a badge: pink for PRO, teal for PREMIUM.

  • Expiry — the date the member's subscription expires. Dates close to expiring show in orange with a warning icon.

  • Last Login — the date and time the member last logged in, or Never if they have not logged in yet.

  • Status — shows a green Active tag when the member's account is active.

  • Manager — shows a green Yes when the member has the manager permission, or a grey No when they do not.

  • Access Permission — the branch or team the member has access to (for example, Relab Internal).

  • Title Orders — shows a Yes when the member can order title documents, or No when they cannot.

  • Actions — click the gear icon to open a member's individual settings.

Filtering and searching

  • Use the Franchise dropdown at the top left to filter the list by franchise.

  • Use the Branch dropdown to filter by branch.

  • Enter a name or email in the Search member box to find a specific person.

Exporting the member list

Click the teal EXPORT CSV button at the top right to download the current list as a CSV file. The export reflects any filters you have applied.

❓ FAQs

Why can't I see the My Team option?

The My Team option and the Team Members screen are only available to managers. If you cannot see it under the Waffle icon, your account does not have the manager permission.

How do I tell how many members are active or on Premium?

The Active users and Premium users counts above the table show these totals at a glance. You can also read the Status and Subscription columns for each member, or export the list to CSV.

What does "Never" mean in the Last Login column?

Never means that member has not logged in to Relab since their account was created.

Why is an expiry date shown in orange?

An expiry date in orange with a warning icon means that member's subscription is close to expiring. It is a prompt to renew or review that member's access.
